Barry Blocker

It took Barry Blocker 3 1/2 years to capture a championship in the league he created but he did so in grand fashion taking it on the last race of the season and on the 4th of July at the Mecca of NASCAR racing, Daytona International.  Barry lead 4 time MNRL Champion Mike Lee by just 3 points coming into Daytona but with a little good luck on his side and a little hard luck on Mikes,  Barry left the track with a 29 point margin of victory.  On his way to the championship he had 2 wins, 12 top fives and finished out of the top 5 only 5 times with no DNF's.  Barry has helped many a driver to championships and wins with his tutoring and advise and it seems long over due for him to take one home for himself. 

Congratulations Barry...from all of us at MNRL. Your championship is well deserved and we are sure there are more to come.
